Where do your products come from?

We only source merchandise from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices. 

Our branded products are manufactured in The United States, Australia, United Kingdom & Canada.  Unless otherwise mentioned all apparel decoration is done in the United States on blanks from the above countries.  Our warehouse is located in Utah.

What payment methods do you accept?

All of our shipments leave the United States and will likely spend time in the customs for the country where the shipment arrives. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from one to three days in customs.

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

Why don't you accept my currency?

Right now we're able to show dozens of global currencies to give you a sense of how our prices convert into other currencies. We're working to implement new payment systems that will allow us to accept not only different currencies, but also dozens of different regional payment systems. So while the content of your cart may currently be displayed in your local currency, Popstry  process all orders in USD at the most current exchange rate.

Shipping & Customs: When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in The United States, China or Bali depending our inventory and where you live. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. 


 ******Please note that we don't ship on weekends.**

What is the shipping method?


We use ePacket for worldwide deliveries.  ePacket are available for Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Greece, New Zealand & Singapore.  ePacket is available for The U.S, Canada, Australia when necessary. 

UK Express: UK Express will take 6-10 days delivertime.  All packages ship to the UK will use UK Express by default, Not ePacket. 

US Express: US Express will take 5-8 days delivery time and can only deliver to the U.S(Military base not included).  We use USPS as our Carrier.

CA Express: CA Express will take 7-9 days delivery time, Canada only. We use Canada Post as our Carrier.

AU Express: AU Express will take 7-9 days delivery time. We use Australia Post as our Carrier. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. 


US Express: Average delivery time is 5 - 8 days. 

AU Express: Average delivery time is 7 - 9 days. 

CA Express: Average delivery time is 7 - 9 days. 

UK Express: Average delivery time is 6 - 10 days


The average delivery time for ePacket countries is 15-25 days.  Postal Deliveries may take 15-30 days. 


Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an Item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. 


Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. For a list of final sale items, please see our Returns Policy. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact. 


Will shipping be covered for my returns?All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. 


What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged? 

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible. 


How long is the returns process? Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed. 


When will I receive my refund?All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. 


If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

Will my bikini fit? How do you think about sizes?

We've worked hard to ensure that the sizes we offer will work for many different shapes and sizes of customers from all over the world. We offer products that come in a range of shapes in a typical U.S. style sizes (small through 4XL).Each product is different, so make sure to check the sizing guide in each page, as some products may be very fitted. As we introduce new products, we'll add even more information about product fits and sizes.

Do you sell Tops & Bottoms separately?

Unfortunately, we currently do not sell the tops & bottoms separately at this moment, but it is something we will be looking at in the future.  Our bikinis are set at a very competitive price so we recommend ordering 2 different sizes if you need a larger size for either the top or bottom.
