As you may know, confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) are being reported in communities across the US. Our team has been monitoring the situation and has been working diligently to respond appropriately using Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and recommendations. The well-being of our customers and our staff is incredibly important to us, so we’re taking several precautions in an effort to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
Many companies and news outlets have been sharing CDC’s recommendations for preventing illnesses.
A lot of these may seem like no-brainers, but given the current situation, it seems worth repeating:

Wash your hands thoroughly, as often as you can
- Avoid contact with those who are sick
- Avoid touching your face
- Covering your cough or sneezes with a tissue.
We will continue to monitor things closely. Look for future updates, which we’ll share via email or on our social media accounts.
We make every effort to process your order quickly, however during the specific time, orders may take a little longer to ship due to post office screenings for Coronavirus.
Another reason for the delay is that orders have been produced in different factories located in different cities and different countries which may take a few extra days to get to the shipping center for shipping.
