Shipping & Customs

To maintain quality and keep price down, all orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in The United States, Australia, United Kingdom & Canada based on location of delivery. Please allow extra time for your order(s) to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 - 3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. For security reasons, we have the right to reject orders. 

**Please note that we don't ship or process orders on weekends.** 

Once you place your order, please allow 2 - 3 business days to process your orders. After that we will send you the tracking number which you can check here.

United States Express average delivery time is 5-8 Days. 

Australia Express average time is 7-9 Days.

Canada Express average time is 7-9 Days. 

United Kingdom Express average time is 6-10 Days.

ePacket Worldwide average deliver time is 15-25 Days. 

Postal Delivery Worldwide average is 15-30 Days. 

 

We use express mail in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada & Australia.  

 

UK Express: All packages ship to the UK will use UK Express by default.

US Express: US Express can only deliver to the U.S(Military base not included). We use USPS as our Carrier. 

CA Express: CA Express will take 7-9 days delivery time, Canada only. 

We use Canada Post as our Carrier. 

AU Express: AU Express will take 7-9 days delivery time. We use Australia Post as our Carrier.

ePacket: We use ePacket for worldwide deliveries. ePacket are available for Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Greece, New Zealand & Singapore. ePacket is available for The U.S, Canada, Australia when necessary.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
